Overview

South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services across a 3,300 square kilometre area in the southern half of Perth.

SMHS invites Occupational Therapists to join our Specialist Rehabilitation Team (SRT) at Rockingham Community Mental Health Service and other assigned areas.

Responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist will :

• Provide occupational therapy services to individuals in the Specialist Rehabilitation Team
• Practice in accordance with occupational therapy professional registration requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and SMHS policies and guidelines

Applicants must be eligible for appointment under Australian law. For fixed‑term appointments, a valid working visa is required. For permanent appointments, applicants must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
