We are open to a range of experience from agency, in-house or freelance, but we are looking for someone who will bring a solid foundation of experience running effective, data-driven performance marketing campaigns for medium to large sized clients - and wants to hit the ground running!
The Role
Working in a small multi-disciplinary team of 5-7 people (known internally at Reload as a ‘Pod’), your role is to be the paid advertising brains, working collectively with specialists from all disciplines to create outstanding digital marketing strategies for our clients. You’ll work on a collective of clients majority of the time, strategically consulting for clients around how to reach and influence their target markets through paid advertising and build trusting, long term client relationships.
What This Means You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Working on a client portfolio of between 10-15 clients across all industries, depending on size and complexityPlan, execute and manage multi-channel Performance Marketing campaigns for your clients across; Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc. across all stages of the funnelContinuously optimise and improve your campaigns to deliver the best results to your clientsActing as a marketing consultant for your clients, ensuring the strategies we put forward align to their business goals and objectivesReview Google Analytics, sales and performance data, pulling campaign insights and creating insightful reports in DataStudioEffectively manage your time, balancing your different clients and autonomously manage your workload to ensure all clients are being delivered valueProvide Excellent Client Engagement
Establish strong client relationships so they see you and Reload as a trusted partner through regular communication and meetingsCome up with new ideas and tactics and develop concepts that align to the client’s goalsAlign your service delivery to what the client values from their Reload partnershipCollaborate with Internal Teams
Work effectively with internal teams on client strategy, performance marketing skill development, and broader marketing initiativesWork effectively cross-functionally to deliver integrated strategies for our clientsWho We’re Looking For
At least 1-2 years experience (or more!) running paid campaigns across at least Google, and Meta with a great track record of resultsA strong understanding of digital marketing strategy – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics and how these can help businesses work toward their goalsAbility to analyze creative and suggest iterations to improve campaign performanceWillingness to embrace AI tools as part of your everyday to amplify effectiveness of campaigns, and create efficienciesExperience across a range of channels within Google Ads will be highly regarded - in particular Google Shopping & Merchant Centre, Display & YouTube advertisingA strong understanding and ability to navigate Google AnalyticsExperience reporting on key campaign metrics and developing reports for clients and stakeholdersSomeone who can confidently talk to clients and explain their strategic thinking - You are someone who gets genuine enjoyment from working with peopleBenefits & Salary

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 plus Superannuation, based on experience.
