  • About the role

    • The successful applicant will be responsible for :

  • Mobilisation of all internal and external employees
  • Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames
  • Book ongoing travel, including domestic / charter flights and accommodation for baseload and shutdown personnel
  • Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met, including up to date qualifications and inductions
  • End to end Mobilisation process
  • The job requirements
  • Proven experience mobilising large numbers of blue-collar personnel to numerous sites across the WA Pilbara region
  • Experience using mobilisation packages such as ERMS, CMS, Success factors, and / or Workflow
  • Experience mobilising to WA mining clients such as BHP and FMG desirable
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
