Senior Operations Coordinator – Defence
Parabellum International Defence is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to support high-impact Defence projects. In this vital role, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from team coordination to compliance and operational support.

About The Role
As the Senior Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of project and workforce coordination. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the projects and mobilising our workforce across various worksites. You’ll work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, HSE and site teams to ensure our people and processes are aligned, efficient, and effective.
This is a dynamic, hands‑on position that combines office‑based coordination at our Naval Base office with site coverage duties. You’ll step into site‑based roles as needed to support workforce continuity. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance office and field responsibilities will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with client to ensure consistent delivery of services on site.
- Ensure full compliance and workforce coverage across sites.
- Track qualifications, certifications, and site access requirements for compliance.
- Provide site coverage as required.
