    Elite Executive are proud to be partnering with Dance 2XS Australia, a vibrant and inclusive dance organisation that has built a strong reputation for excellence, creativity, and community spirit. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and capable values-aligned Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the business and nurture a positive and professional team culture.

    About the Role

    As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations of Dance 2XS. Reporting to the Studio Director and working closely with the support and wider teaching team, your focus will be on people, process, and culture. You will ensure the studio delivers an exceptional experience for students and families while upholding Dance 2XS’s core values of fun, kindness, community, inclusion, and positivity.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business.
    • Manage and support a diverse team of full-time and casual staff.
    • Plan, promote, and manage events including End of Year Concerts and School Holiday Workshops.
    • Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and creativity among staff, students and parents.
    • Be a calm, professional presence in interactions with clients and parents, especially in challenging or emotionally sensitive situations.
    • Collaborate closely with the Studio Director on strategy, reporting, and goal tracking.
    • Skills and Experience Required

    • Previous experience running or managing operations within a small to medium-sized business.
    • Proven leadership and team development skills.
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities including scheduling, marketing, and event logistics.
    • High-level emotional intelligence and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a diplomatic and approachable manner.
    • Experience working in a client- or community-facing environment (experience in creative industries, education, or similar fields is advantageous).
    • A genuine passion for people, culture, and positive team environments.
    • Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
    • Alignment with the core values of the organisation is essential.
