The Company
Our client is a growing global apparel retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar and eCommerce presence. Well-known for their quality product at affordable price points across Australia, they are continually growing and expanding their business.
Position Description
The Product Developer will join a dynamic and collaborative team that places high emphasis on core values and culture.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will help deliver stylish looks for the target customer by designing and developing products with a commercially-focused mindset.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Drive the financial performance of product categories across apparel, footwear and accessories
- Develop and design products, with the ability to build ranges
- Partner with Production team to manage all phases of the product lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers by fostering win-win outcomes
- Build knowledge of the target customer and apply this to product, ranging and trading decisions
- Alongside the Marketing team, continue to evolve the brand both online and in campaigns
