We’re seeking an ICT Sourcing Specialist to join a well-respected Queensland-based organization known for its commitment to community, innovation, and sustainability. As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be joining a dynamic and cohesive team where you’ll be leading cross-functional sourcing projects within the ICT space. The role focuses on developing and executing procurement strategies that drive cost savings, vendor performance, and long-term value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional sourcing projects, with a focus on ICT procurement
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with enterprise goals
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance through KPIs and regular reviews
  • Drive cost optimisation through competitive bidding and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and more
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
  • Use data and reporting tools to track procurement performance and identify improvements

    • About you

  • 1–3 years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year in strategic sourcing
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and Coupa)
  • Background in ICT or financial services is ideal
