Your New Opportunity
An awesome full time, permanent role has come up for an Assistant Parts Manager to join our fast-paced Parts and Warehouse Team. You'll be based in our Wacol Branch, working closely with the Parts Manager, you'll motivate and mentor a dedicated, hard-working team!
In this role you will :
- Assist with leading and developing the Parts and Warehouse team to meet individual and team goals.
- Safety leadership – walk the talk and advocate for safety at all times.
- Maintain high level standards of housekeeping and engagement within business operations
- Assist with the development and implementation of operating plans with the ability to help achieve financial & operational targets.
- Ensure the team consistently exceeds expectations of internal and external customer.
- Assist with the management of the Warehouse and large scale inventory function
