We are urgently looking for 1 Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management for our client based in North Sydney.

The delivery will be face‑to‑face from Monday – Wednesday : 17 : 30 – 21 : 30. Suited for someone who works in and around Sydney CBD during the day.

The ideal candidate will be teaching for 3 terms for 2024 with each term consisting of 10 weeks. The second term starts on 8th April 2024.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximise outcomes for students.
• Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence.
• Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions.
• Actively engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence.
