They have built a strong reputation for successfully delivering complex projects up $60 million across various sectors including commercial, industrial, health, education, and civil infrastructure. Their reputation is built on a solid foundation of safety, quality, and a supportive work environment that champions diversity, continuous learning, and professional growth.
About You :
- Hold a relevant degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial estimating or Quantity Surveying, including a proven track record in tendering for commercial construction projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Proven ability in commercial strategy and adept negotiation skills
