Development Manager

A globally backed real estate group with a long-standing track record across Asia-Pacific and international markets is seeking a Development Manager to support the planning and delivery of major property projects.

This role sits within a well-capitalised, values-driven organisation known for design excellence, disciplined development, and long-term ownership. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, JV partners, consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality developments from early planning through to execution.

Base pay range

A$170,

• / yr - A$190,
• / yr

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor and manage development projects to achieve key milestones within budget

Support feasibility studies, development briefs, master programs and cost plans

Review consultant and contractor proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives

Coordinate authority approvals, permits and statutory requirements

Assess buildability, construction methodologies, sequencing and risk

Assist with procurement, tendering and consultant / contractor selection

Prepare and chair project and JV meetings as required
