The primary focus of this role is to provide sales operational expertise to support our partners and sales teams with accurate and timely response times to order related enquiries.
The team take pride in being very responsive and maintaining a quick turn-around time getting back to our reseller's enquiries.
IT or scripting experience is preferred so you can aid in our process improvements and automation projects.
Job Responsibilities Include
Provide operational support working closely with Channel Account Managers processing orders within defined SLA's. Qualify and manage inbound enquiries via phone or email Providing support, analysing room for efficiencies in relation to system process improvements and automations Ensure Wavelink Partners are kept up to date with latest ETA information where possible Update Netsuite (CRM system) and Zoho (ticketing system) with all forms of communication Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly) Produce reports upon request

Requirements
Competencies required for the job :
IT or scripting background / experience preferred Suite Scripts preferred, or Java Scripts History in process improvement through scripting preferred Time and task management Work under pressure Superior communication skills (verbal and written) High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Team player with a "can-do" attitude Ability to learn and retain product information about Wavelink products Experience with excel Previous customer service experience is preferred
