The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Senior Construction Services Engineer to join the Sydney CBD office. This is a key permanent position within the structural team, offering the chance to take the lead on high‑profile projects, manage clients, delegate workload, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll join a passionate and technically strong group of professionals who enjoy solving complex temporary works challenges through innovative, practical design.

About You

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 6+ years' experience in temporary works design, certification and project delivery
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and their influence on design
• Ability to review, assess, and approve designs prepared by others
• A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think creatively
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers
• (Desirable) Exposure to tender preparation and proposal development
• CPEng status or working towards accreditation
