YOUR ROLE

Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record , you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice to high-end clients in the strata / community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations / unit holders) including :

• Drafting / advice regarding by-laws, building defects, strata / community management agreements, building management / caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases / licences;
• Property / construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you :

• Are EITHER a transactional / advisory PROPERTY AND / OR CONSTRUCTION  solicitor  AND / OR LITIGATION solicitor [litigating property / construction / strata disputes] with 2-15+years’ experience;
• have had some exposure to  strata issues and / or acted for strata industry clients;
