Job descriptionA genuine passion for caring for the elderly The ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification or higher in Individual Support (Cert III) or related studies including nursing Students studying Individual Support or related studies that can work part-time hours An ability to communicate with clients in English (other languages can be helpful too) Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
