About the role
Due to sustained growth we are seeking a Structural Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who can run projects fairly autonomously, with support from a team of Design Engineers and Drafters.

You will lead projects. We are looking for someone with 3-4 years + of experience, with some of that spent on similar projects.

The projects are and will always be high-end bespoke houses, which comes with a variety of complexities, no multi-Residential.

About the candidate

Ideally you will have:

• At least 3-4 years + of Structural Design Engineering experience, with a significant amount of this locally
• Bespoke Residential / Low-Rise Residential projects experience is essential
• Degree qualified
• Excellent communication skills including report writing
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
• Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques
• Full Australian Working Rights
