Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate logistics and shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
