The Parts Specialist / Warranty is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the dealership’s parts department and warranty processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and customers.

Parts Specialist Duties

• Supervise after-sales parts department and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage BO, SO, FO ordering and tracking.
• Oversee daily inbound / outbound parts operations and end-of-day inventory tasks.
• Use EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) and maintain dealer computer systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts with finance and report results.
• Inspect inventory, shipping, and receiving areas weekly.
• Track ordered parts and manage external products.
• Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
