Our Hallam site has an opportunity for a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager. Full training will be provided.
Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, this is your opportunity to become an integral team member at one of Australia's leading construction materials producers.
The Trainee Concrete Plant Manager can expect to :
- Receive training and support to obtain the relevant licences throughout their traineeship
- Be responsible for providing a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism, while maintaining excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Learn new skills with on-the-job training
- Be exposed to the construction materials industry and be part of a close-knit team, with potential opportunities to grow
