ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of the comprehensive Go-to-market plan to drive product adoption and engagement across our prospective and existing customer base. This role will define and manage the messaging, material for new products and feature launches, including live webinars, email campaigns, product collateral and more.

In addition, this role will provide support to the Campaign Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing - Sentral, to shape and deliver the overall product communications strategy, to maintain high customer retention rates.

SALARY

  • The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 + superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product marketing communications plan that includes creating product collateral, website content, direct communication campaigns and presentations.
  • Create engaging product marketing content which articulates our value proposition, to drive continued adoption and engagement of our products, to maintain customer retention (Including blogs, case studies, white papers and downloadable collateral.)
  • Work with cross-functional departments to ensure effective product positioning and message that will drive creation of content.
  • Research market and consumer preferences and target customers effectively based on research and insights.
  • Oversee product launches, feature releases and product positioning to drive engagement from our core customer base.
  • Experience in developing and delivering sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Support event/demand generation program of work as required.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested by Sentral.

ABOUT YOU

  • Possession of, or eligibility to obtain a Working with Children Check.
  • Experience working with business software, preferably in school management or education software.
  • Tertiary qualifications/equivalent experience in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of professional work experience in product marketing roles.
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing channels (in-product app, email, blog, social, website, digital channels, videos and events) and understanding of how to use each to achieve business goals.
  • Experience using a CRM / Email platform tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
  • Excellent written communication skills for consumer facing product messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience in a strong insight-led approach to understand your customer base and preferences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
