They are looking to grow their high-skilled team and recruit a business development manager to grow their portfolio in North Sydney.

About The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities through various channels
• Providing expert advice on property valuation and rental return estimates
• Building and nurturing new / existing customer relationships
• Analysing sales data to target potential clients effectively

About You

The successful candidate will have :

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Real Estate or in a similar environment
• Strong desire to achieve goals and have the ability to self-motivate
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Real Estate Registration (Desired Not Required)
• Ability to generate new business (B2C / B2B)
