Our Village Crew are essential to keep Thredbo running! This department loves being outdoors and keep Thredbo Village operating smoothly and looking great. The diverse crew are problem solvers and look after a variety of resort services including the sewage treatment plant, water supply, waste and recycling management, snow clearing, road maintenance and car parking.

About the Role

  • Collect recycling and garbage from enclosures and deliver to the waste transfer station, clean and maintain public areas
  • Organise and direct guests in the car park to maximise parking availability
  • Assist with snow clearing, minor infrastructure repairs and general labouring
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • About You

  • Current manual driver’s licence (required)
  • LR or MR licence (desirable)
  • Complying with all work safety practices
  • Assisting our courtesy bus team and other departments as required
