Key Highlights
- This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in the successful delivery of a billion dollar gold project
- Mobilisation to site on a FIFO 2 : 1 roster.
Your Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience of pre‑commissioning & commissioning electrical systems (33 / 11 / 0.415kV) on large scale mineral processing plants, preferably gold.Both brown field and green field experience is desirable.Experience in compiling and reviewing commissioning test packs for E&I systems.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, SLDs, TLDs, PIDs, PFDs & schematic drawings and produce technically accurate, complete, and easy to understand Commissioning reports.Experience with systemisation and a sub‑systemisation approach to commissioning facilitiesExperience with completions management tools – in the case of this project CCMS.Ability to lead / supervise the E&I team undertaking commissioning activitiesImplement and ensure E&I systems are commissioned as per Commissioning management plan, test sheets, procedures.Trouble shooting and investigating E&I related problems, diagnosing and repairing faults.Ensuring safe working conditions.What You 'Can Do'
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Experience : At least 3+ years of broad-ranging experience Your background should include skills in planning, field commissioning.Technical Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills are essential. You’ll be responsible for evaluating data and making informed decisions.Effective Communication : Excellent communication skills are crucial. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, interact with joint venture partners, and provide clear technical advice.Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work well with others is vital.
