Site Manager - Fit Out Projects

The Opportunity

A well-established national design & construct builder, recognised for delivering high‑end hospitality environments, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver premium fit‑out projects across the Melbourne CBD, with values up to $20M.

This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys working on detail‑driven projects such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality‑led mixed‑use spaces. You will be supported by an experienced project team and join a business with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and upcoming work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site operations from site establishment through to project handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure exceptional finishes, safety, and program delivery
• Maintain strict WHS standards and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements
• Work closely with clients, designers, consultants, and internal project teams
• Oversee daily site activities, short‑term programming, and reporting
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues, including those within live or staged environments
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction

About You

• 3+ years’ experience delivering high‑end commercial fit‑outs with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality finishes
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client‑facing skills
• Organised, solutions‑focused, and able to perform under pressure
