Seeking an experienced Tenancy Coordinator with a successful track-record of delivering smooth and streamlined outcomes within retail assets.

The Client

An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established and market-leading Private Owner. Our client boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres and now requires a dynamic and passionate Tenancy Coordinator to join their team working on their Western Australian retail portfolio.

The Position

Manage the Tenancy Coordination process for retail tenants by Fitout Guidelines and Lease Agreements
Manage External Design Consultants to ensure Lessor obligations are complied with
Ensure ongoing changes are anticipated and managed effectively
Coordination and strategic support for the preparation of operational budget and forecasts
Work closely with the Leasing team regarding tenancy coordination

The Criteria

This role requires someone who can plan, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems.

Proven Tenancy Coordination experience within retail shopping centres

Must have strong initiative and project management skills; can manage a range of priorities and projects

Ability to understand plans and technical data

Strong management skills

Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance

High Levels of Contract Negotiation, Management and Project Management Skills
