We’re looking for a high-performing Retail Operations Manager with strong sales DNA to join our team. You’ll oversee people, performance and operations while remaining close to high-value luxury sales. Immediate or flexible start available.

Requirements
Your Role :
Own overall operational execution of the retail business and showroomOwn retail sales performance across the store network, with accountability for revenue, conversion and AOVRecruit, train, develop and performance-manage store managers and retail teamsBuild and enforce business processes, systems, rosters & operational standardsLead sales performance through coaching and managementWork closely with owners & senior leadership on strategy and executionPrepare the business for multi-store expansion and scalabilitySupport high-value sales & VIP clients when requiredEnsure showroom presentation, service standards & compliance are always metWhat We're Looking For :
Proven Retail Operations Leader – Experience running a jewellery or premium retail businessExpansion Experience (Preferred) – Exposure to opening or scaling retail stores and teamsStrong Business Acumen – Commercial thinker with P&L and performance awarenessProven People Leader – Experienced in hiring, training, coaching & managing teamsStrong Sales Background – Demonstrated success in high-value luxury salesHighly Organised & Systems-Driven – Process-focused with strong attention to detailTech-Savvy & Commercially Analytical – Confident with reporting, P&L, KPIs, forecasting and performance planningConfident Decision-Maker – Takes ownership and leads with accountabilityBenefits
