The role is responsible for the following core areas :

• Develop local and international long-term partnerships with retailers, covering different continents and time zones.
• The role requires working outside “normal hours” as we are dealing with the US and Europe and many other time zones.
• Develop strategies for growth in international markets to build Coconut Grove’s brand presence in countries where we have current partners, and source new partners in countries where we are not represented.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between our international retailers to evaluate and enhance performance, upholding the principles of responsible selling.
• Manage sales contracts and order forms in line with company guidelines – payment terms, deliveries etc.
• Monitor market conditions globally, including competitors.
• Travel internationally multiple times a year to visit retail partners and conduct trade shows.
• Diligently maintain CRM database.
