The Venue

Sydney’s premium Champagne Parlour & Bar is located at Reign, nestled within the iconic Queen Victoria Building (QVB). Reign serves up over 150 Champagnes and sparkling wines alongside an array of seasonally-driven menus.

We are seeking keen and passionate casual chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team and to enjoy the fast paced environment the kitchen has to offer.

Responsibilities

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
• Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
• Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
• Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
• Easy access to transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
• You are passionate, dedicated, reliable and are willing to learn
