The Position

TMS Group Australia is entering a pivotal phase of transformation, accelerated growth and market expansion. The Chief Executive Officer will lead the organisation through this next chapter, driving strategy, operational excellence, and cultural alignment while enabling founders to transition from day‑to‑day management over time.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will oversee a national operation spanning six states and territories, a workforce of more than 230 technicians, and a diverse set of essential services contracts across the National Electricity Market (NEM). The CEO will be responsible for sustainable growth, market diversification, organisational uplift, and long‑term enterprise value creation.

Success will be defined by disciplined execution and diversification, leadership strength, strategy development and delivery, stakeholder confidence and strong cultural stewardship.
