Job description

Border Expresshas an exciting opportunity for an eBusiness Integration Analyst to advance their career by joining our talented internal team at the Tullamarine branch.

Reporting to the eBusiness Integration Manager, you will assist in facilitating the seamless onboarding of trading partners by scoping, implementing, testing, monitoring, and supporting the electronic exchange of operational data between Border Express and its trading partners. In addition, you will support new integration projects and provide general integration and business systems support services to both internal and external customers.

Duties :

Collaborate with trading partners to facilitate initial scoping, understand integration requirements, and provide comprehensive support throughout the project, including mapping, transformation, testing, and monitoring of trading partner integrations.

Provide day-to-day support to Border Express employees and trading partners, including customer portal and CRM assistance, EDI / API troubleshooting, data entry, training, and general application support.

Analyse, monitor, and offer recommendations to ensure trading partners' compliance with established integration standards.

Design test scenarios and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with eBusiness stakeholders including customers, agents, brokers, and software partners to enable effective collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Develop and maintain project documentation, integration specifications, user guides, policies, and procedures.

Skills and Experience :

Proven experience in an Integration Analyst or support role, ideally within transport / logistics or a similar field, and / or tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Proven experience communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including internal / external customers, partners, project teams, and technical or business subject matter experts.

Excellent time management skills with a focus on quality assurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong critical thinking ability to analyse and resolve complex issues across multiple systems using technical tools.

A positive and inquisitive attitude, with a genuine interest in enhancing and maintaining Border Express’s high standards for internal and external customer service.
