They are currently seeking a Training and Development Manager based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide to drive these initiatives.
Position Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding a consistent, best-practice training and competency framework across manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in standardising training, accelerating onboarding, preserving critical operational knowledge, and ensuring employees are competent, compliant, and confident in their roles.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to long-term capability building.
