Promotions Coordinator – 96FM

We are looking for a  Promotions Coordinator  to support the Promotions Manager in creating and activating innovative campaigns originating from our content and sales and teams to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings and meet the marketing and communications objectives of all client briefs.

Reporting into the Promotions Manager for 96FM, this role will sit across content (assisting with brekky phone calls for Clairsy and Lisa) and promotions.

You will act as key support to the manager, helping ensure that as a station 96FM delivers flawless promotions for both content and commercial, while providing ad-hoc support to the wider promotions function across Adelaide, Sydney, and Melbourne.

About The Role :

  • Support the briefing, project management and post campaign reporting of station promotions.
  • Providing adhoc support to the Promotions Team as required.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post campaign reporting.
  • Prize winner management.
  • Supporting the design, build and management of Content and Commercial Initiatives from inception to activation, including go to market assets.
  • Coordinating station events (including run sheets, key messaging, site-checks and other event collateral) and Live Crosses where required.

About You :

  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously and apart of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Social Media Experience (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus!
