Design & Build Recruitment are working with a respected bespoke residential builder based in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs, known for delivering high-quality renovations, extensions and architectural projects valued up to $5m. With their current pipeline, they’re looking for a qualified Carpenter to join their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Carpenter with 1-3 years post-apprenticeship experience to join a company that really invests in its people. If you’re passionate about residential construction and eager to continue learning and taking on new responsibilities, this team will support you every step of the way with the opportunity to progress into management with the business.

The Ideal Candidate For The Role

• Qualified Carpenter with 2-3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
• Proven experience across architecturally designed residential projects (extensions/renovations)
• Keen to grow your skills and take on more responsibility
• Strong work ethic, reliable and motivated
• Comfortable working across all project stages - from site set-up to handover
