OSHC Mobile Coordinator | Pakenham and Surrounding Areas

We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services ranging from Pakenham and nearby Services. This Permanent Part-time position is 25 hours per week, with split shifts of 7 : 00-9 : 00am and 3 : 00-6 : 00pm Monday - Friday.

As a Mobile Coordinator, you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC / OOSH programs and activities.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes.
  • Lead training, performance, and development in the service.
  • Minimise risk and manage safety in services.

    We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children’s Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children in a leadership position.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current driver's license is required.
  • Experience working with children within a group environment.
  • Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday.
