Duty Manager

Gaythorne RSL is a medium sized club on the north side of Brisbane. We operate 123 gaming machines, have 2 bars, TAB, Keno, functions, patisserie & a bistro that seats 150. The club has recently completed exciting renovations.

We’re looking for candidates who have Duty Manager experience or a supervisor ready for the next step.

It will be to your advantage to be able to demonstrate to us your competence in the following :

• Supervisory experience with a passion to grow as a manager
• Full availability (days, nights, weekends, public holidays)
• Hands‑on approach – able to problem solve and think quickly
• Solid gaming and F / B experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• RMLV current (or willingness to attain), RSA / RSG
• Approved managers licence
• Senior First Aid (willingness to attain)

To be successful in the role of Duty Manager you must be able to :

Shifts include days, nights & weekends over a rotating roster with a four‑day working week and five weeks annual leave per year .
