New Car Sales Manager - Automotive Industry

Our client is seeking a switched-on, motivated New Car Sales Manager to take control of their New Car Sales Department. The dealership offers an excellent income stream, security of tenure and a friendly working environment. The franchises are strong selling and excellent gross figures can be achieved. The role is hands‑on, and not one to be run from a back office. The dealership trades Monday to Saturday, with a 5 day working week and closed on Sundays.

Applicants for this position will have current or recent experience gaining a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, financial, sales, closing and people‑handling skills, be motivated by customer satisfaction as well as profitability, and be prepared to motivate and work alongside your sales consultants.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $80k, super, commission structure, car or car allowance. On Target Earnings should fall in the $140k - $150k range, and will be higher for a strong operator.
