Casual Mechanic (Crookwell)

Are you a qualified automotive mechanic, with contemporary experience servicing, repairing and maintaining large plant and light vehicles available for immediate start.

About the role

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor you will be assist in providing quality servicing, repairs and maintenance to Council's heavy and light plant in a safe and efficient manner to prevent down time of plant and equipment.

Your expertise will be crucial in meeting legislative and procedural obligations / requirements while working collaboratively with our dedicated team, guiding them to ensure work is efficiently and safely delivered in accordance with Council's works program.

• Crookwell - Casual position
• Work in a close knit team
• Casual Hourly rate starts at $42.72 (gross) + 25% loading and superannuation Grade 9 in accordance with Council's Salary System and the Local Government State Award
