Sydney, Australia – Remote

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within the assigned territory by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Execute against sales targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Understand customer business drivers, pain points, and cybersecurity maturity to position Airlock Digital's value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with internal pre‑sales engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Engage with strategic partners, resellers and Airlock Digital Channel team to drive indirect sales opportunities.
• Accurately maintain CRM records, including pipeline forecasting and activity tracking.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight, DISP).
• Manage sales cycle – prospects through to onboarded customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Provide an orderly and seamless hand‑over of new customers to our Customer Success and Customer Support teams.
• Attend conferences and industry events to promote Airlock Digital.
