As a Home and Community Care worker, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include personal care, meal preparation, household chores, transportation, and companionship. Your role will be crucial in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks
