Position Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across food, beverage, and gaming
• Lead, coach, and support departmental managers and supervisors
• Ensure service standards, compliance, and operational procedures are consistently met
• Manage labor, rostering, and cost control in line with budgets
• Drive staff engagement, performance, and retention
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on venue performance
