Electrical Foreman - Correction Centre Project

Our client is a leading Tier One contractor with a reputation for excellence in large-scale construction projects.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team on a new, high-profile Correction Centre Project north of Brisbane.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team and play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities

As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all electrical work on-site. Your duties will include :

• Leading and managing a team of electricians, apprentices, and laborers.
• Interpreting and implementing project plans, schematics, and specifications.
• Overseeing the installation of all electrical systems , including power distribution, lighting, security systems, and data networks.
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety , in strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Conducting regular safety talks and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Managing project timelines and budgets and coordinating with other trades and the site management team.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues and providing technical guidance to the team.
• Maintaining accurate daily logs, progress reports, and "as-built" drawings.
