Asset Systems Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an internal candidate to step into the role of Asset Systems Administrator. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and training of the Group’s CMMS / EAM system, while driving initiatives to improve system utilisation and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Group’s CMMS / EAM system, including user access and platform compliance.
• Identify and prioritise system enhancements, engaging stakeholders for input and feedback.
• Develop and implement change management processes to support compliance and digitalisation of manual workflows.
• Lead asset data validation projects to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain BI reporting to deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across operations.

What Sets You Apart

We are looking for a systems‑savvy professional with experience or qualifications in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Asset Management, or Systems Administration.
