About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the heart of our reception areas, ensuring seamless operations across all Brophy office sites. This dynamic role involves providing top-tier administrative and reception support, managing a variety of tasks under pressure, and delivering excellent customer service to both clients and staff. You will be required to establish appropriate community contacts, develop and maintain professional working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and funding partners in the provision of the program’s services to achieve improved outcomes for clients. We are seeking a versatile individual with a valid Driver's License for potential travel across our various office locations. This is a casual position, offering flexibility while providing the chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, supportive setting.
