Job descriptionAssisting with personal care such as showering and dressing Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised Providing high quality service to families and the community A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people A reliable team player Understanding of workplace health and safety A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance Competitive hourly pay rate Not-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less tax Fitness Passport discounted gym benefits 40+ Locations across NSW and QLD if you choose to move A values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Our Lady of Loreto Gardens. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home-like environment you’ll be responsible for :
