Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for delivering budgeted sales revenue across the allocated Queensland territory, focusing on Brisbane South and the Toowoomba region. The role covers Petrol & Convenience (P&C), Independent Grocery, Health, and non‑traditional retail channels. It involves strengthening existing customer relationships and driving new business growth through strategic acquisition and effective onboarding.

- Achieve monthly performance metrics including distribution, NPD penetration, and in‑store visibility.
- Develop and implement campaigns and promotions with key MSO customers, aligning activity with internal priorities and customer strategies.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities of scale.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Champion brand values and cultural consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyse performance results and market insights to continuously refine territory strategies.
- Contribute innovative, creative growth ideas that challenge the status quo.
- Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution targets within your territory.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable).Current Australian driver’s licence.Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG business development.Proven track record of developing, pitching, and winning new business.Skills & Attributes
