Job descriptionDemonstrated experience in a State Government environment (highly desirable) Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with Objective and / or Basware systems (highly regarded) A professional and collaborative approach to working within a team environment Current National Police Check (mandatory) Availability for short- or medium-term temporary assignments

- Coordinating meetings, travel, and diary management
- Supporting team members and various ad‑hoc duties
