Pullman Sydney Airport is currently is our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 5 versatile conference rooms. We are looking for an F&B all-rounder with experience in restaurant, bar & banquets, a team leader looking to step up or someone who embraces change and wants to grow and develop with us.
Mobius Bar & Grill is one of the best restaurants near Sydney airport and Mascot. Breakfast at Mobius is made of fresh artisanal breads and pastries, charcuterie, fine cheeses and hot dishes – which then morphs into all-day antipasti and tapas selections. Lunch and dinner is a vibrant blend of modern Australian and Asian cuisines – at the live wok station and signature open grill. At Mobius Bar & Grill, we think global and cook local, using only regionally produced ingredients.
