Overview

Security Clearance Required : Negative Vetting 1

Location of Role : Canberra, ACT; Brisbane, QLD; Adelaide, SA; Melbourne, VIC; Perth, WA

Role : Omni is currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced Defence professionals across a range of disciplines to support major government and industry programs nationwide. Our roles are located in these cities.

Disciplines

Program & Project Management / Support – Lead or support the delivery of critical programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.

Commercial & Procurement – Provide strategic procurement advice, manage complex contracts, and support commercial negotiations with key Defence stakeholders.

Strategic Business Advisory – Drive organisational improvement, business case development, policy advice, and strategic planning initiatives.

Systems & Software Engineering – Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies across software and complex systems landscapes.

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) – Deliver tailored ILS strategies including maintenance planning, configuration management, and supply chain support.

Project Scheduling – Develop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules in support of large-scale and long-term initiatives.

Technical Writing – Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a range of audiences.

ICT Professionals – Operate, maintain and optimise information and communication technology infrastructure and systems

Communications & Network Engineering – Design, implement, and optimise secure, mission-critical communications and networking solutions across defence and enterprise environments.

Who You Are

Experienced and qualified in one or more of the above fields (minimum 7 years of experience)

An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

An Australian Citizen

Hold a current NV1 (as a minimum)
