We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Assistant / Retail Manager to elevate our pharmacy to new heights. This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity to lead a supportive, professional, and fun team, all while enjoying a well‑balanced roster in a rewarding hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
  • Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel.
  • Lead the team to drive sales and meet KPI’s.
  • Maintain medication safety and ensure compliance with legislative and procedural standards.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with FRED office and point of sale systems highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.

    • Mandatory Requirements

  • Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
  • Relevant S2 / S3 Certification.
  • A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
