A permanent full-time position within a supportive work environment for Senior Property Manager, Property Portfolio Manager to oversee property management operations for a leading real estate agency.

  • Requires : Minimum 5 years experience in property management with strong communication skills.
  • Salary guide : Depending on experience.
  • Location : Bayside, Brisbane.

Your normal day will involve :

  • Checking emails and responding to tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with trades.
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing condition reports.
  • Following up on arrears and managing tenancy issues professionally.
  • Liaising with owners to provide updates and advice.
  • Handling entry and exit inspections and issuing breach notices if required.

    • In this role, you will effectively manage your own property portfolio while enjoying a perfect work-life balance.
